Sephora Purchase: New Perfume!

Hey everyone!

I hope you are all doing well!  I took a break from studying and writing papers and exams today to do a little shopping.  I bought a few things for a friend for Christmas and then I decided to use my VIB $20 Gift Card on myself :) So I bought a new perfume!  I decided on Philosophy's "Unconditional Love", it is AMAZING!  The website doesn't really have a good breakdown of what the perfume smells like, but this is what they say about it:

"unconditional love spray fragrance is a soulful, sweetly warm scent to leave you feeling surrounded by love and happiness.

I really love it and can't wait to wear it tomorrow!

Now, down to business...  I feel like if there was a Perfume Rehab I would be their number one, returning customer.  Are any of you perfume-a-holics like me?

Tarte: Lipsurgence Lip Tint

Hey my loves!

So I was at Sephora the other day and I picked up a Tarte lip product.  It looked really cool and when I sampled it at the store it looked great on!  I brought it home and used it today and the entire tip broke off!  The lip product looks like an oversized crayon... that might help you visualize where the breakage occured.  I am so mad!  I'm going to have to scrape off that part and put it into a container that I can dip into with a lip brush.  That is SO not what I was expecting :(  It's not cheap either, so I am a little disappointed.

I haven't had the best luck with Tarte and I really wish it wasn't so.  I am going to cross my fingers that the lip product doesnt keep breaking every time I use it.. cross your fingers for me! :)

Sephora Tinted Self-Tanning Body Mist

This is a spray tan (in a hairspray type of bottle) that lasts for the day, then washes off.  It is alright, but not my fave.  It rubs off on everything and has quite a strong perfume-y smell.  I am still searching for the perfect fake tanner as my St. Tropez Bronzing Mousse is hard to find and is quite expensive!

Verdict: Save your money and keep looking for something better!

What You Can Expect!

Hey my loves! 

I have two exciting posts for you guys :)  The first one is a review and haul post on the NEW Sephora in Fairview Park Mall.  I picked up a bunch of goodies and can’t wait to show you everything!  I also want to do a separate post on 3-4 items that I picked up that are all natural… I won’t say any more until I upload my post hehehe. 

I am SO happy with my purchases and I think you will really enjoy them too!  It’s kind of sad, actually, the staff there already knows me!  IT just opened four days ago and I’ve been there 3 times … YIKES! 

Anyway, I just wanted to give you this quick update, so you know what to expect!
